In the plastic injection moulding process, complicated high-quality moldings with dimensional accuracy are cost-effective to produce in large quantities. The wide spectrum of moulds made of thermoplastic plastics ranges from basic commodities made of bulk plastics to precise technical parts of highly specialised plastics.
We process all common thermoplastic plastics as ABS, PA, PC, PE, PMMA, POM, PP, PS or TPE. In addition, we use glass fiber reinforced plastics for special stability as well as high-temperature materials such as PPS.
On our powerful machines with a clamping force of 250 kN to 1600 kN we produce plastic parts with a weight of 0,1g up to about 250 g.
In 2-component injection moulding, we implement technically demanding solutions with the combination of different plastics, e.g. the combination of hard and soft plastic or different colored materials. One of our special competencies is insert moulding, i.e. overmoulding metal inserts, magnets or other plastic parts.
We produce for well-known customers from various industries, e.g. automotive industry, building systems, electrical engineering, gas and water meters, consumer goods, cosmetics, measuring and testing technology and writing instruments.
